Dura-Lar is another type of polyester film that can be used for electrical insulation and other industrial applications. Dura-Lar is an extremely versatile film that combines the best properties of polyester film with Acetate. Dura-Lar provides excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability. It also will not tear or absorb moisture and will not discolor as it ages.

We can die cut film and Dura-Lar film using various techniques, such as rotary, steel rule and laser die cutting. We also offer water jet cut polyester film and Dura-Lar services. Water jet cutting utilizes high-pressure jets of water or a combination of water and an abrasive material to soften the materials, making them easier to cut. Water jet cutting works well with polyester films like Dura-Lar, as these materials are sensitive to the higher temperatures generated by other die-cutting methods.
